🛠️ System Requirements
To run LiveCaption, ensure your system meets these minimum requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later
- Processor: Dual-core processor with a clock speed of at least 2.0 GHz
- RAM: 4 GB or more
- Storage: 200 MB of free disk space
- Internet Connection: Required for initial setup and updates
📥 Download & Install LiveCaption
To get started with LiveCaption:
- Visit our Releases page to download the latest version.
- Choose the appropriate file for your system. Click on the file to download it.
- Once the download is complete, locate the file in your downloads folder.
- Double-click the .exe file to start the installation process.
- Follow the prompts in the installation window. It should take just a few minutes to complete.

After installation, you can easily start LiveCaption:
- Launch the application from your desktop or start menu.
- Open the audio source you want to capture (e.g., a YouTube video, conference call, or broadcast).
- Adjust the settings as needed:
- Select your preferred audio input device.

- Click the “Start” button to begin capturing audio and displaying subtitles.
You should see a floating window showing the real-time subtitles in both English and Chinese.
